Ecwid by LightspeedReviews of ecwid.com

Ecwid is a great site for small businesses and start ups. Online stores are easy to set up, and the site is helpful and intuitive. Prices for the paid plans are very reasonable, and Ecwid doesn't saddle you with hidden extra fees like some others. You have total control over your store! Another thing I love is the ease that you can link to social media sites. Once those are linked, any changes you make are automatically updated in the linked sites...a real time and effort saver!

I struggled using other E-Commerce platforms. There was more costs associated with other websites for a basic online store and for a business just coming to online store's keeping cost down to help maximize profit is important. ECWID is it! The customer service when I have needed help is top notch! I love this platform and recommend it often!

Every time I need help the customer service representatives are quick to help and answer all my questions, I once had an issue but didn’t know how to explain it and gave as much details as I could and the representative completely understood what I was having an issue with and he helped me fix it within minutes. I absolutely love ecwid!

I love how easy Ecwid is, I've been learning the ins and outs of it since I've started my online business. It keeps me on track and on top of things. ☺️

Ecwid is easy to use as an admin as well as a shopper. It has the necessary tools to build an e-commerce platform and promote it.

Ecwid is a very user friendly web site and platform. When I have had to ask a question I have found the help desk very attentive, informative and willing to assist. I have self trained on most aspects and have relied upon the helpdesk to get me through the harder issues in which they have done in record time, no waiting with this company. Highly recommend. Cheers
