Easy to navigate and build your shop.

Amazing, easy, flexible, affordable, reliable, fast, smart design, powerful, great value for money! I would like more options on free customisation through dashboard or non developer user friendly tools to be able to put exclusive offers, limited offers, etc.

Very easy to use

I found it very easy to set up my e-commerce website with Ecwid. I love that I can edit it myself at any time and that there are many self-help topics to guide you through setting up and maintaining your website/account. There are many options for accepting payment and it is easy to connect the site to an existing website oran FB page. It was also very helpful to have a trial website for free so that I could assess whether this was the right e-commerce platform for me. I love that it converts beautifully and clearly on a mobile phone and is very user friendly. This is important to me that my customers can navigate the site easily without frustration. The fees are very affordable and there is a range of upgrade options available.

I really enjoy Ecwid. It has helped me successfully grow my sales online. I only wish I had been able to integrate my catering sales on the same platform. However, it's still a definite plus.

The online customer service is excellent, always ready with the right solution. I just gave 4 stars as I think Ecwid could add some more functionalities and design options while building up the store. Anyhow you are amazing guys!

I have found Ecwid able to navigate me through the various steps of establishing and improving my website. They have handled my questions expeditiously and professionally. I would highly recommend them for small business owners such as myself who want to put an online foot forward.
