This software is so easy to use. And it's user friendly. I didn't have to spend a ton of time figuring out how to set things up. Better yet, I didn't have to read a manual to figure out how to do anything. It was very intuitive. The cost is great. The product is SUPER. I am the least computer savvy person out there, and it works great for me. Inexpensive, especially compared to other companies we have used in the past. Cart works great, I like the instant confirmation email the customer gets and the shipped /tracking email they get when I send out the product. After more than a year, we have had no issues.

When I first signed up several months ago, I was a little disappointed that some features weren't available, but I chalked it up to the fact that it's a very affordable plan and certain details just aren't going to be available (i.e. small things like "I wish I could make the font on this button bigger" etc.) However, Ecwid has really stepped up their game - to the point where I've now upgraded to a more inclusive plan and paid a year in advance. Customer service has been stellar and solved every issue I've had!
