Full subscription paid in advance but when I cancelled after one week as I’m unable to use the Instagram feature in full, they take away all access to all features paid for. There was a whole month subscription! Even companies that offer free trials allow you to continue access until the end date, this was PAID FOR IN FULL. If this is how paying customers get treated I will never use Ecwid again.

Closed store months ago.Found still being billed for not following ecwids rules to close account.Common sense apparently does not apply to ecwid.Deceptive practice of stealing from people on a technicality.Do not allow access to your account ever, Have now closed subscription as well.

Think most of their sites are not checked or vetted. Bought an item from one of their stores san-uk.ecwid.com never received item and the site disappeared, identical site opened same day as the old one disappeared expresso.ecwid.com selling exactly the same items at the same price under the ecwid umbrella to easy for any honest or dishonest company or person to set up online stores.

Not easy to set up, the only way you can see if this is a platform you can use is only if you £18.00. I knew within 5 minutes after paying £18.00 it was rubbish. Asked for a refund and they told NO

I would feel bad just telling people i worked there. Complete scam! If you want to edit orders, or import orders from another shop you need to upgrade to a business account at 35usd + tax per month. If you need anything whatsoever you need pay extra. You can use woocommerce, jigoshop, shopify, and countless others thats all better and also cheaper. I honestly feel this business is extremely bad. Hope they never had any customers. They seems to only care about taking as much money as possible from their users.
