color
The work was nice u gave us the wrong color table cloths plates etc don't match the t-shirts

We are so sorry that the T-shirts did not match your Tablecloth and Plates, Being that we did not provide the plates for the party we didn't know which color you are trying to match. I hope you enjoy the partial refund that we refunded to you as a courtesy. In the future, If you are trying to match a particular item, please let us know and you can even mail us the item so we can do our best to match it.

Great Service, Great Product!
I went to eCustomWear looking for a personalized windbreaker to gift for our company outing. I called the customer service number because I wanted more than just our company logo on the chest of the jacket, which is all you can do on your own through their site and was asked to send in an email with the particular request. I was assigned to work with Nancy K. She was very responsive and extremely helpful with every detail. She was able to offer suggestions that matched my vision perfectly. The jackets and totes came right on schedule as she had promised they would for our event. Everyone was pleased with the design and quality of the jackets as well. For the next personalized product I need, I will definitely contact eCustomWear first!
