Hi Brittani - We agree with you, the color was off and after running some testing as to why it happened it took us some time to figure out the causing issue (was an ink chemical-related issue) which is why it took a longer time to hear from us. As per our phone conversation, we finally figured it out and we are willing to do a full reprint. Sometimes things like this happen to our best customers. We are here to make it right. Sorry for the inconvenience.
