ECRMReviews of ecrm.marketgate.com

I really enjoy working the people that run ECRM meetings. Caroline is fantastic and her quick follow up is incredible. Always there when you need her. I’ve enjoyed working with her these past several years. Susan has been an absolute pleasure to work with each day. Always a bright smile and warm demeanor and helpful with anything that was needed. It was great to meet her this week.

Well organized with high service levels. Any questions or needs we had Susan took care of it immediately. She was wonderful to work with.

Once again, a seamless and brilliant experience as an exhibitor. 1st class support from the ECRM team who made things super easy. A special thank you to Susan who looked after me every day to ensure the meetings ran on time amongst other things. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you Susan!

Everything was great

Fast and furious! Great meetings. Charlie was awesome!!! He was very patient with us and our shipping issues. Thank you. The hotel Internet was very challenging 😰

All the scheduled meetings ran right on time and were very effective. Charlie Irving was a tremendous help, making sure everything stayed on track and smoothly transitioning each group. We had a great experience and would love to come back. Huge shoutout to Charlie!

Charlie and Nolan were great. They checked in with us often and helped make sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you to them

Great customer service. Awesome job to the gentleman that supervised the meetings and keeping everyone on track.
