This was our first time attending an ECRM buyer-seller event, and it definitely won't be our last. The way ECRM brings together buyers and suppliers through pre-scheduled meetings is an excellent concept and made our time there very productive. We had the opportunity to meet with many great buyers and build relationships that we hope will turn into long-term business. What really stood out to us, though, was the ECRM team. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. No matter what question we had or what we needed, someone was there with a smile and genuinely wanted to help. You don't see that level of service very often. A special thank you to Sarah. Before we even arrived, she helped make sure I had a room that better fit my needs and also gave me the information I needed to rent a mobility scooter. That made a huge difference and allowed me to focus on the meetings instead of worrying about getting around the resort. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. I'd also like to thank Jaime and everyone else on the ECRM team. My staff kept telling me how impressed they were with how kind, professional, and helpful everyone was throughout the event. Every interaction we had was positive. Thank you to everyone at ECRM for making our first experience such a great one. We came to meet buyers, but we left impressed by the people behind the event. We are already looking forward to attending many more ECRM events in the future.

I would like to recognize the staff who worked in our hall and supported the participants throughout the event. Unfortunately, I do not remember all of their names, but they truly deserve the highest rating. The team was professional, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Everything was well coordinated, questions were answered promptly, and any issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Their support made the event run smoothly and created a very positive experience for exhibitors and attendees alike. I greatly appreciate their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail.
