In my area there is a lot of limestone in the water, the Mate 3 Filters all of it out, perfecto tea water, very satisfied ! Materials of the Mate 3 are excellent, perfect haptic ! Value for Money very good !

I've purchased based several things from Ecoviva. The products are great quality and the customer service (which ive had to contact several times) is quick, friendly, and helpful. I felt the price of the filter I purchased was a bit too pricey but it gives me another year of highly-filtered clean water so it's worth it!

Le 31/10/2025 12h38 je passe commande d'un osmoseur WP-RO-200G-W-DE. Sur le site, le prix affiché est de 230,01€. Ne connaissant pas le site, je décide de payer par paypal. Une fois la commande validée, je reçois un email de paypal m'indiquant que j'ai effectué un paiement de $256.59 USD soit 240,51 € pour au vendeur 广州智饮家贸易有限公司. Le prix n'étant pas celui indiqué initialement et le vendeur n'étant pas non plus celui attendu, je décide d'annuler ma commande. Impossible de le faire via le site. J'envoie alors un email le 31/10/2025 à 14h30. Les jours passent et aucune nouvelle. Je décide de relancer par mail le 2/11/25 à 21h. Toujours aucune réponse. Je reçois un email le 4 novembre afin de m'indiquer que ma commande est expédiée, un comble ! N'ayant pas été récupérer ma commande dans un point relai, la commande a été retourné à l'expéditeur. Ecoviva m'a envoyé un email le 19/11/2025 afin de me demander si je souhaitais un retour ou un remboursement. J'ai donc redemandé un remboursement le 20/11/25. Un premier remboursement de 256,59 $ a été effectué le 20/11/25. Les 10$ de frais de port ayant été "oubliés", je demande un remboursement des 10$ qu'il manque le jour même ce que je reçois également. Problème, la commande n'ayant été annulée que 20 jours plus tard le taux de change a été modifié entre temps. Je n'ai donc reçu que 229,84€ de remboursement. Ce site est probablement du drop shipping car c'est un vendeur chinois qui est derrière cela et il ne respecte pas la législation européenne. En effet, conformément à la Directive 2011/83/UE – Articles 12 et 13, le vendeur a 14 jours maximum pour restituer la totalité de la somme. Dans ce cas précis, le vendeur qui a facturé la commande n'est pas celui indiqué sur le site, le site ne mentionne pas non plus que les paiements sont effectués en dollars ce qui est également illégal... Bref, une belle arnaque !

Ich habe den Filter seit fast einem Jahr und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Anzeige wieviel ppm das Wasser hat ist zwar nicht genau, aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Den Tank jedes Mal da herauszuholen und abzuspülen und neues Wasser einzufüllen ist zwar etwas nervig, aber letztlich muss man für gutes Wasser nicht mehr Kisten schleppen. Wasser schmeckt auch deutlich besser und neutraler als z.b. mit einem sinnlosen Britta Wasserfilter.

In New Zealand, though we have pure natural springs, the city tap water has a TDS rate anywhere from 200-600; the system consistently provides us with pure water with a TDS of less than 10. It's easy to use and I highly recommend this product.

Company is great seriousness and professionalism. The MATE4, even though it's the smallest in the series, offers excellent service and water quality. Their after-sales service is always ready and attentive to any problems that may arise with the product. They are serious and professional. I highly recommend it to everyone as a starting system without having to face huge costs. Highly recommended.

Adquiri esta maquina faz um mês. Faz sem duvida o seu trabalho. Minha agua da rede era de cerca de 500ppm, e depois de filtrada ficou entre 25 a 35ppm. Valores idênticos a agua engarrafada. Deixei de comprar agua engarrafada e reduzi o plástico, para um futuro melhor.

I currently have a counter top water RO system , I constantly have to refill it , I decided to go with an undersink model that has a water attachment . I went with the GPD 600 and man it’s awesome!!! They literally give you all the parts to install. The instructions are really simple and they provide tons of spare adapter clips as well as multiple input water connectors. It made the job really easy to install. Took me about 25 minutes I total. I highly recommend this unit and it comes with a smart faucet as well. It’s an all in one offering. I love this thing !!!
