Ecovadis is the worst company to deal with as they do not have a phone number for customer support. I have tried all the online help with zero results. I am supposed to be getting a reassessment of my company since April. I figured once my subscription was renewed I would be given the needed reassessment to get a better score. They are also more knowledgeable than me as the rejected all my company documents saying they FEEL as though they were written to pacify their requests. I FEEL like this review is the only way to get them to contact me as the last time I left a 1 star review I was contacted via email within a few days. The Ecovadis platform is negatively affecting my ability to do business with my customers that mandate the use of the Ecovadis platform.

We encountered significant issues with EcoVadis regarding their subscription renewal and invoicing process. Despite multiple requests, they failed to provide a clear, signed contract or verifiable renewal notification. Instead, we received a document that appeared to be a basic Excel export converted to PDF, with stamps and signatures that seemed copied and pasted rather than original. Furthermore, the auto-renewal clause buried in their Terms & Conditions was not clearly communicated at onboarding or renewal. Our company had no explicit, recent consent for the renewal, which involves a substantial amount of $$$ Attempts to clarify these points were met with reminders and threats of debt collection without proper documentation or transparent communication. This experience raises serious concerns about their customer communication practices and contract transparency. We advise potential and present clients to carefully review all terms and confirm renewal procedures before subscribing.

If I could, I would have given this service a 0 star review. We were obligated to sign up due to our client's request. It is absolutely true. The site has never provided anything truly useful after having us filling out a long survey. The service is only on the surface. And yes, they are after subscription $ shamelessly. Watch out!

Einer unserer Kunden hat uns aufgefordert, uns bei Ecovadis bewerten zu lassen. Grundsätzlich wäre die Idee nicht schlecht, aber Ecovadis ist mit zu hohen Kosten, zuviel Bürokratie und zuwenig Service verbunden. Obwohl wir eine Silbermedaille bekommen haben, für KMU ist Ecovadis eine Zumutung, je kleiner desto schlimmer. Ach ja: Und nachhaltig unterwegs waren wir schon vorher, das geht auch mit weniger Bürokratie.
