I ordered my bag like 15 days ago and I haven't gotten any emails confirming the shipment and I cant view the tracking of my package

Can't speak the products yet, but I was pleasantly surprised by their CS team! I missed out on their free socks during my order, contacted them to try my luck and they replied me in a few hours that they will be adding them to my shipment.

EXCELLENT BAG

the information about my package was not updating. they attended me and informed me

Beautiful classy perfect for work or school

Products as photos, great materials, high quality

I can’t speak for the quality of the products because I purchased them as gifts and they have not been given yet, but I can tell you that the customer service was fantastic in terms of communication and accommodating the delivery time!
