This bag is gorgeous! I was actually missing the bow when I received my bag, but customer service was extremely helpful and sent it ASAP! Without it the bag looks incomplete IMO. Price is very reasonable, can't wait to show it off when I return to work in person!

They sent me the wrong item without tags and refuse to send the correct item or refund the cost of the item. Horrible customer service.

I like the quality of the bag, very sturdy. Big enough for what I have to carry and I like the fact that you can change it from a messenger back into a back pack!!!!
