The paint arrived in two shipments separated by several days. I had them delivered to the UPS store where an employee "John", who appeared to be in charge when the manager was not present, was very nasty and argumentative about whether or not a $5 fee was due despite the box clearly being labeled as part of their access point program. He instructed an employee who was helping me not to enter the shipment into their computer. I suspect he was intentionally charging customers that should not be charged and pocketing the money. Ecos should have a frank talk with UPS management about this matter. I have not checked the paint yet and will update if there are any problems with it but in the past your paint has been perfect.

It was way more blue than it appeared on the website. I’m going to have to repaint. Quality of the paint was good though.

I covered a mauve/pink color with ECOS Metro which is a light gray/white. This paint had surprisingly great coverage as I thought it would take 2 coats but it only took 1. I will say that this paint had little to no odor when trimming the wood work/lights but when I rolled it on the walls (covering much more surface area at once), the paint was quite strong smelling. It smelled almost identical to a typical paint. HOWEVER, about just 2 hours after I finished painting, the smell was nonexistent. I could not smell that strong paint smell i smelled earlier and it was completely gone. In comparison, with regular low voc paint, i had smelled strong chemical odors for 3 weeks that gave me headaches and greatly affected my health. So if you are still reading this... yes get this paint but do not expect zero odor while applying it to walls. It will be strong for 2 hours and then disappear. I would recommend wearing a mask or having someone else paint for you if you are sensitive to smells/have chronic health issues. In conclusion i am satisfied with the color, the coverage, and the zero odor AFTER 2 hours. Keep in mind i am very sensitive to smells so i might be a bit biased by saying the odor was extreme before those 2 hours. Definitely the best no VOC paint i have found and I will be ordering again for any other rooms i will be painting.

We purchased the paint for our baby’s nursery. We wanted non toxic paint with a great finish and we got it! Even being pregnant, the slight scent I picked up was due to how sensitive my sense of smell is but after a little while I couldn’t smell anything. My husband didn’t smell anything at all and did not use a mask to paint. Thank you so much for your products! We are absolutely customers for life and can’t wait to order more and paint the rest of the house.

We have just painted our nursery. The paint really does not have odor. The color is exactly what I ordered. I love it!

Got my order in good condition. I would like to see the order processing time improved a little, but I did receive it when promised.
