I received my order quickly and am excited to use the paint on our project.

In terms of technical / customer service, they don't even deserve one star. I called with questions about their products, and all they did was refer me to their website. I had already been on their website, and had some questions. So, since I am not a painter, I wanted to talk to a person. Given how expensive their paint is, it is absolutely ridiculous that they can't be bothered to talk to customers.

Good paint and no toxic smell.

Your company and your products are great.. more than great! My husband and I are chemically intolerant and didn't know how we were going to complete our DIY stairway project...and with 3 kitties, needed a fast dry, non toxic, perfect product we thought we could never find! We are more than happy and impressed with you selling us a small sample, to the fast delivery of your amazing wood prep and tinted varnish. Our staircase came out beautiful thanks to your company. 10 stars from happy, satisfied customers..we will continue to use your products.

Excellent product and Customer Service! Customer service was wonderful in helping me choose the best product and with shipping and customs as I reside in Europe. The primer arrived in a timely manner, no issues with customs, and the results on a wood bookshelf are amazing! I have a condition called Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and with this product I've had no reactions. Someone painted the bookshelf for me outside of my home. I could smell something for the first two days, however without being sick. About a month has gone by and I am healthy and happy to admire my bookshelf in all safety! I am purchasing another gallon today! Thank you Ecos!

Quick ship, item as described. Although it did look far more glossy in the company's picture, still a nice color.
