Ordered my husband a fan hat months ago and paid for express shipping as well. Husband emailed twice they always tell him can't stop once it shipped just be patient. Patience is gone....

Never recieved order. Scam, Scam, Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company ships from China. Ordered a 32" belt for $32. They sent me a 46". They would not refund me, and they wouldn't pay for return shipping. Return shipping to China, standard, $87. They only refunded me $8! Stay away! Go through Amazon for a rachet belt.

Gave me tracking number finally. It says was delivered but was not. And checked with usps they said wasn't a valid tracking number. Filed dispute with PayPal, they did nothing. So lost my money. The company said delivered in mailbox. How is 3- 100 ft rolls of plastic put in my mailbox. Company is a joke DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY

One month ago I ordered the Wide Brim Solar Fan Outdoor Fishing Hat-Solar & USB Charging Green Pattern_Double fan_Unisex Adjustable 22"-25". The tracking number is: 3990238732327698518. The advisement for the purchase guaranteed that the hat would be delivered prior to father's day. The tracking notice states the hat is still in Italy! I am beyond disappointed in the service and misleading advertisements. I will not order from this company again.

I ordered a fan hat on May 25, 2025. The website said GUARANTEED delivery before father's day. Well 4 weeks later on Saturday June 14, 2025 and the hat is still not here. I emailed customer service with no response. I wished I had looked at the reviews before purchasing!! This company is a scam and Facebook should remove them from their platform!!

As many others have said, I still haven’t received my purchase. I believe this is a fraudulent company. I ordered a fan hat for Father’s Day on May 4, 2025. It is now June 12, 2025 and I still have not received my order. I’ve emailed customer service several times and they say “we are so sorry. We are just as upset as you are, but we can’t give you a refund”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THAI COMPANY!

This is my first, and last time using whatever this site is. I ordered the fan hat for father's day for my husband. I was told my order would be here by June 4th. Here we are days later and all of a sudden, my bank calls me and tells me someone is trying to use my card in Missouri. I went to the bank, printed out my statement for proof of purchase and went straight to the police station. This site is trash, and van not be trusted. Please for your own good, DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!!
