I ordered 2 belts from this company. I followed my order shipping from Italy to Kansas City and there it sat. I contacted customer support, who claimed that they reshipped the item and gave me a different tracking number but this time it's being shipped from China. the tracking info now reads, "Your shipment is in process. Thanks for waiting" This company falsely advertised on facebook as an American company which is why I ordered from them. I would advise everyone to avoid this company, they are a scam!

This company is fake. We placed an order and the item shipped from italy. 2 months later still no order, tracking shows it's disappeared, and when I requested a refund they just said we'll send you another one and it should take a few days. This is bogus and I will be contacting my source of payment for a refund.

I think they are fake. I placed an order for 2 belts, they charged my credit card a higher fee than the checkout amount, and 2 months later I have still not received the items, although they keep saying it is in transit, even though they quoted 3 to 5 delivery within the USA. Do not buy from them.

Bought a belt for 28.29 with shipping, a scam charge from an AIYTECH WANCHAI HK for 33.95 plus .31 cross-border fee hit my account. No charge for $28.29 found from this company. Had to cancel debit card. No way to contact company. Yes, should have looked here first!

I really wish I would have looked at these reviews BEFORE I hit the purchase button my order! I guess it's my own fault for falling into their trap. Just like everyone else, I ordered the flashlight gloves from them OVER 2 months ago and still have yet to receive them! I even (for the 1st time EVER in my life) paid additional shipping for the VIP so they would arrive BY Christmas. Well Christmas has came and went and I still have yet to see these gloves or have any sort of helpful support from this company. The tracking stopped updating on January 9th and I've emailed these people a ton of times and they have done nothing but screw me around every step of the way. First it was "let us contact the shipping company and figure out exactly where it is" then "let us contact the post office to find out the problem" then "sorry but your parcel has been returned by your local post office but not to our warehouse so if I still want my product, they will resend minus the cost of their loss for the product and another shipping cost or i can request a refund minus those 2 amounts". After arguing that I shouldn't be charged any amount and I should just have the option of receiving a full refund, I gave in and requested the refund. Then they email me saying "we detected that your parcel status has changed and we are checking the details with our shipping partner". Seriously?! 2 months worth of this so far. I'm not expecting to receive this order or a refund at this point. An all around TERRIBLE company. Save your time, energy and money and NEVER buy any products off of them!!!!

I wish I could give these scammers a zero!!! I ordered the flashlight gloves on November 1st as a Christmas gift. Here it is February 7th and I still haven't received them AND they refuse to refund me!!! They also charged me more than the price of the item at first and I had to dispute that as well and they did refund the difference because I had receipt to prove they overcharged me. Now I have never received the item and they won't refund me. Reported them to the credit card company. My receipt says it would arrive in 12-20 days. It has been over 90 days....still not here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

On their advertisement that I purchased from it said shipped within the United States that means it’s here in the US not in another country so they lied there in their ad. My purchase was for $44 and some change and they bill me $56 so then after lying to me, they tried to steal from me. I immediately went online to their website on their contact us button and told them to cancel the order they ship it anyway and want to refund me the money that they stole. I do not want the product and I’ve explained that to them. I do not deal with companies that lie to me and I do not deal with companies that are out of this country shipping takes too long when I can go buy it here in the US. They are still refusing to refund the rest of money and they expect me to pay shipping to send it back to Germany where is that fair to the consumer? Don’t deal with them their crooks
