zero stars - total SCAM

I placed an order for 50lbs of lawn product. A package came that was very small, 2.05lb according to USPS, that i was unaware of what it was. I opened days later to see that is was some type of seed. I assumed it my be a sample of what I ordered here. The packaging was ruined and the seed was only in the outer page from USPS. This BBB rated company will not accept the postal service packaging showing that only 2.05lbs was delivered and offered me $5 out of the $60 paid. Please beware - i am reporting all information to BBB as well...

These company is a scam. They provide a tracking number when the order is placed, and then, after months of not receiving anything, when the customer ask for status, they claim it was delivered under a different tracking number. This is a poor customer service and overall operating process. DO NOT trust them!!!

I ordered 5 rolls of landscape fabric. After several emails and 9 weeks I get 2 emails the same day. The first one says it was delivered a month earlier. The second said they are sorry it was held up in customs. I went to post office and they said the tracking information they provided me was incorrect, and they have no record of receiving the package. On the day it was supposedly delivered my surveillance does not show any deliveries.

Beware!!! I ordered landscape fabric that they say was delivered. My post office said they never got a package nor did they deliver a package to my address at the time they stated. This company is not reliable and will take your money!

Took 2 months to receive an order and the company refused refund. Finally received order and is not what was ordered. Beware of this company. Big time China scam company.

This company really sucks, I have been trying to contact them for weeks without any success regarding my purchase of 50 pounds of dwarf grass seeds. After 1 months of waiting for it to come in the mail, I received a 1 pound package of an unknown green seed with no explanation within the package. I sent several emails to them, never heard back. I'm disputing it through my bank to get my money back. Do not purchase any thing from this website, it is a SCAM!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!

If there was the possibility of ZERO stars, I would use it!! I ordered the 3 weed barrier paper rolls and received 2 small flat packages. I contacted the company, sent them pictures of the labels they requested and asked for an invoice to be sent to me. Their response was to tell me they would credit me $3 US. I responded their offer was ridiculous as I had spent over $30 and the charge would be disputed immediately. My credit card company has been contacted and advised I would get the purchase amount refunded.
