They have never delivered the product I ordered and refuse to issue a refund stating that they're working with the delivery company and the delivery company is not cooperating. Bull crap. This company needs to be shutdown. They're scammers.

Ordered 100 lbs of grass seed got 3 lbs of some kind of seed material. They refused to pay return shipping costs, in order to get a full refund. They also tried to charge me a sales tax and we don’t have a sales tax in my state.

My 1st order with them I never received but had lots of emails saying it was in Italy, etc. Not realizing it was the same company I placed another order I just canceled. Hopefully I get a refund this was a fathers day gift.

Never sent a receipt. Sent me a fake tracking number and a link to a fake tracking site showing the product in Italy. Only when I tried to cancel my credit card payment did they provide a real tracking number to the bank, showing origin in China. Yet they continue to send me fake tracking updates. Refused cancellation of order 2 days after i placed it, before anything was shipped...although web site claims cancellation ok until shipped. Web site also says 15 day return, but it's been 30 days and product hasn't arrived. Stay away from this company! All fake Chinese knockoffs. Same product available on Amazon for less. Original ad that I stupidly fell for was on Facebook.

Do not buy and I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this site. It is a scam operated site carefully design to take your money and DO NOT DELIVERED the purchase items. The CUSTOMER SERVICE that is provided is the master scammer at work. They would lie over and over as to why you did not receive your item. You need to contact your credit card and dispute the charges ASAP.

Can't give a review of -100 but if could I would. Been over a month no product, emails keep saying held up because of tarriffs. Then all of sudden says it's delivered a week prior. It has not been delivered, tracking numbers not good numbers. Notifying cc company and BBB.
