I love the scooter, it is lightweight, easy to carry, opening and closing is a breeze. Customer service has been wonderful.

I love my new scooter by Ecomobi. It’s really awesome with extra bells and horns. I like that it has Bluetooth so I can listen to my tunes while cruising to the store. It came all packaged for safety so it arrived unscathed. It took a little effort by nothing too hard. I honestly can’t say anything negative about this scooter. Everyone ask me about it. It has a pearl shine to its maroon color. All the chrome just adds to the beauty of it. The storage compartments come in handy in front and removable one in back. It’s super easy to charge. Plug one end into an outlet and other end into kick wall of left foot on scooter. The battery last forever it seems. I haven’t even been able to run it down to 1/2 charge yet. As I said I can’t say anything negative about it.

Scooter arrived well packaged and undamaged. Assembly was a no brainer and took all of 5 minutes. Runs smoothly and is very comfortable. Easy to get on and off. I did not see the need for the arm rests since the scooter is very stable. Very well built and great value.

I love the renewed sense of freedom for my mom! She was very active and independent before acute heart failure. Im teaching her how to ride paratransit, navigate a public bathroom and ordering food in the food court. I love the affordability for such a pay off! I somehow misplaced the cushions and Ecomobi has already sent a replacement set. Having the chat option helped as my days are non stop and I missed the business hours to call. I just wish I could add her pic she is so happy!! She's gotten so many compliments on the color and the tricked out blue lights. She really feels special and she is!

Delivery was quick. Came in the wrong color and the display had some issues but customer service said they mailed a new display and gave a small credit for sending the wrong color. Overall, the unit seems as advertised. It’s nice and light and should be a great mobility unit.

Ordering for Ecomobi was the right choice! My scooter was delivered way faster than i expected since i didn’t pay extra for fast shipping (2 business days). And the website customer service was fast answering my questions. Scooter runs great and was easy to assemble even with my injuries!
