I own two ecomobi scooters. I had an issue with my second purchase, but the company responded quickly and replaced the second scooter. I am super happy with my scooters and the prompt response of the company and their follow-up with me!

I had inadvertently thrown away my charging cord. I contacted Ecomobi Customer Service and they were quick to understand and identify the cord I needed. I purchased the cord and it was promptly shipped and I received exactly the right charging cord. They even sent it free of charge!

Great customer service. I just received my MPG3 scooter. I ordered an extra battery. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. Customer service has worked with me to get the correct size battery. Very happy with my scooter and look forward to taking my scooter on my upcoming trip.

The scooter I bought was ready to go right of the box wherefore was no assembly required. It was light enough for me to get into and out of my car. It had plenty of power. I would recommend it for anyone that couldn’t handle a heavier one.

The woman who heads your customer service is a beautiful person, always very helpful. This scooter is beautiful so far. My 92-year-old Dad takes it out for 3 of 4 hours at a time. Many miles away from his home, he loves it.He doesn't even drive his car anymore.He just drives the scooter.

I just received my Ecomobi MS01F folding lightweight scooter. After thoroughly researching over 30 different scooters, I finally found the one that works perfectly for me. The Pink (my favorite color) is just beautiful. It was so easy to setup. Delivery only took 6 days. I had a few quetions and customer service is fantastic. I don't drive and this scooter will give me independence again.

The scooter has exceeded my expectations. It is sturdy and easy to operate. It has an excellent turn radius and the speed settings works for the rider’s preference. The scooter has helped me to remain independent as far as traveling and attending events, appointments, etc. love this product!!
