I’ve given the scooter five stars. There was a problem with the scooter when I got it no fault to this company. I contacted customer service. I didn’t know how to put the lights on underneath. They went above and beyond. By sending me a personal video showing me how to put the lights on. We realize there was another problem so I had to contact them again. They were so generous and every step of the way. I’m always nervous working with third parties because I never know if they’ll really help you when you need their help. This company went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I got a refund of my full expense. With a nice note from the company. They were on top of everything from the very first beginning. If you want to get a scooter, the scooter itself is a cute little scooter and really good quality. But the best part and the most important part is the customer Service. That is the best part of this whole thing. If you don’t have good customer service, then your product is worthless. So please consider buying the scooter. It’s worth the time and effort. And if you have a problem, rest assured, the customer service will be there for you and let me just add that the problem with the scooter was not that of the company, but of the people who mailed it.

The ladies I dealt with were very professional in addition to being very customer friendly. I received my refund in less than a day. Exceptionally fast, well done.

Excellent experience with this company. The scooter arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The scooter was easy to take out of the box and open and was ready to use. Scooter MS02F Is perfect size and more powerful than I expected. Great product and very stabile on it. Also outstanding customer service. And i received the scooter in only 2 days. I worked with Ecomobiclub and received the top treatment. I ordered a foldable scooter and had an issue with delivery. They asked questions and delivered another on right away. They helped make it easy and comfortable. I ordered extra accessories and then they went on sale, they refunded the difference. Great people and service. I would recommend them to others who need a traveling scooter.

I absolutely love my scooter it's a little bit on the heavy side for me but it's because I have disintegrating disks, but it rides nice, it goes through grass wonderful and having a little trouble with the battery but they said they'd replace it for free. It's very easy to fold up and very easy to unfold.

So far, the MS02-F 30-mile scooter has been great for theme parks, museums, and zoos. The 30Ah battery pack has plenty of power to get through a full day, but having a second battery on standby is a great addition, especially if there are a lot of hills. The battery is also very easy to swap. Speaking of hills, the 350W motor has enough torque to give you the confidence to tackle some pretty good inclines. I also really like the variable throttle control, where the speed changes depending on how much you squeeze the throttle. It makes the scooter very easy and natural to control. Maybe even more important than everything else I mentioned is the customer support. The Ecomobi team has been top tier. They respond quickly, are helpful, and most importantly, actually provide satisfying solutions. Overall, the MS02-F has been a great scooter and has worked very well for the places we’ve taken it.
