Im writing this review to give kudos to this amazjng.company. A friend bought a scooter for her double amputee son, and it was stolen a.few days ago. When she reached out to Ecomobi to ask if it had a GPS installed, she was told it did not. Bu t, they also said they would replace it, and they did. It was received today, and I think that is amazing

Delivery was ahead of schedule (before Christmas instead of after). Unpack and assemble was straight forward. The unit had minor cosmetic damage. Simple phone call and replacement parts were arranged with no hassle. Customer service was very efficient with updates by email and text. Scooter is very fast and quiet. My wife loves it!

It is a pleasure doing business with this company. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first time getting in contact with them and they were very nice on the chat. I just hope that they do send me my mirrors that I need for my scooter . I would hate to be lied too
