Sometimes, the 'free tax consultation' you get when you form an LLC or Corporation is not very helpful. That was not the case here. My adviser, Steve Incarnato, did an amazing job of helping me understand my complex situation (I have an S-Corp that will be paying rent to an LLC I own). Highly recommend!
