This company reached out to me for weeks to set up an appointment and earn my business. I took the appointment and set time aside on my calendar with Jeanette Carre. 10 min into our 12:30 appointment I still had not heard from Jeanette so I sent a email, the response I got at 12:51, nearly a half hour past our appointment time, I received word that she was busy with call-ins and had to miss our schedule appoint. As a business owner I find being 21 minutes late for a scheduled appointment is unprofessional and lacking of any respect for my time and justifying it by stating you were too busy with unscheduled call-ins only confirmed that lack of professionalism.

Great at the beginning (high entry fee), I do not recommend for a long term. Chripa John, CPA didn't reply to any of my emails regarding tax return for 2019. Paid $480 penalty to CA Franchise Tax Board. The lack of good communication does not help. Carlos Cardoso, EA, ATA assumes that the client knows some rules regarding taxes.

I wish I could leave negative stars. These are literally the WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER USED. My books are still ruined and thank god I left them because after going over for hours each day to try and fix what the bookkeeper did (unlinking contractors, linking their payments to my owners draws, changing the real payment amounts to things and basically every illegal move they could I have to now deal with this all after the fact missing out on PPP loans and help basically RUINING my business for any funding for the COV19 situation. NEVER come here. The rest of the team is rude short and nonresponsive. Save your time, sanity business, and go somewhere else. Also they phish you for these "positive" reviews you are seeing here so I really don't belive one I see. Beggin asking on the phone even telling me it was their birthday and leaving a review would really make it for them! WTH???
