Any Free consultations are normally not very good, however, in this case I was really surprised. Steve Incarnato was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as I had a lot of questions during the consultation. Steve went through the pros and cons of an LLC Partnership and S-Corp for me step by step as after a number of questions these two directions where going to be the most tax effective way for our company.
