Ordered a part from them that was, apparently, out of stock but not according to their website. When I looked up my order 5-days later, that's when I saw the notification on my order. I tried to cancel it because it said that my estimated ship date was now a month away but the service rep told me that the factory had already shipped the part to them and since the part was already shipped, that they couldn't cancel it. I was, however, offered the ability to reach out to them to see if I can return it - once I finally got it, that it - after paying for shipping to return it and a 20% restocking fee. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE these guys. They're awful...

You cannot cancel an order before it is even shipped. I called one hour ago and requested a cancellation, and a woman in a foreign accent stated "Computers were down" and she could do nothing. I told her my most recent notification stated the item had not shipped. She put me on hold and stated that the item had already shipped and she could not cancel. I asked what I do and she said to check our refund policy and hung up the telephone. Customer service is an absolute joke. I was ready to place another but never again with this company.

Waited for the wrong battery for months. They charge 40% restocking. Terrible customer service. Don't use these people. They are a scam. the reviews reported on their site are fake.

Ordered a hose for my chainsaw on July 27th with 4 day shipping. I called them on the august 12th when I still had not received an email update or the item. They said they would cancel the order. Called them back on August 20th to see why I had not received a refund. They told me they had canceled my cancelation request. They never emailed me any update about canceling my request. I was told they would receive the hose to the warehouse in 2 to 3 days then would ship it out after. So looking at a month for a hose when I paid for 4 day shipping.

Company doesn't let you know that a part isn't in stock. When you order you get a shipping date of the next day, then when you inquire about the order a week later you are informed that parts are on backorder. This has happened to me twice. It won't happen a third time. There are better options out there. Steer clear of this place. This is the third "one star" review of three reviews. I don't see how that can produce a "2.9 star" average.

Only thing this company can do right is take your money. Horrible customer service and they make it impossible to work out any issues with a order. Use Echo parts online and you will regret it.

Scammy. I used them for what sounds like "good customer service". The part I ordered to replace the spool on a weed eater is clearly too big. I called and was 16th in line and waited 23 minutes. I had to then wait 48 hours for an email. That email was then a notice that for a return I would need to send in a picture. They then sent a bot chat that said it had a 40% restocking fee and I had to pay all shipping. It would come out to 24$ for a 35$ part. Not to mention that would be hoping that they would return the money. Lastly, the notice from the bot gave a whole list of excluded return items which included "pumps, motors, electrical items, and transmissions". Well that sounds like a lot of the items people would buy really.
