DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrible customer service. Purchased an item since the website said it should be delivered in 2 days. Found out it’s back ordered and not in stock for a month. Requested cancellation only for them to tell me to wait 48 hours. They ended up refusing to cancel and wanting me to wait a full month for them to get stock and then return to charge a 20% restocking fee and non refundable shipping. Just filed a dispute.

Avoid this business ! Absolutely horrific customer service staffed by people that cannot understand English and no better at speaking it. I ordered a part the site said did fit my specific model number when I received the part it did not fit at all. To make it worse they said ship it back which I did then took no action refunding my money. I had to file a dispute with them in order to get action. Horrible people, horrible site !

Ordered the incorrect part, it looked the same as what I needed but much longer. Took it out of the bag to compare. Then I couldn't return it because it showed "usage". This was after it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive.

Ordered parts, they use FedEx as a shipper. Had no other choices for shipment. My delivery date has changed 3 times. They are almost as bad as USPS. They need to have more option for shipping. If I would have known that it was going to take a 1.5 weeks I would not have ordered anything.

I thought I was ordering from Hqvuarna. I got replies in e-mails from them with Hqvuarna parts, Small Engine Parts and Echo Parts Online. The web site steered me to the wrong tires for my mower. Attemping to return turned into a hassle and delays requiring more calls. They want 20% restocking, me pay shipping, willing to pay but wanted their corp discount, and to find a new box to put the tires and their box in, really. I'll eat the $150.00 and not deal with the hassle anymore.

Worst online experience ever had in my life. I used thier Diagrams to trace the part I needed and ordered it, When I got it It didn't fit. After a week of back and forth over a $20 part with them I gave up and ordered somewhere else. This company is a train wreck and I don't advise you to order anything from them if it was free. Probably the wrong part.

Ordered a minor part for a blower after site showed the product was in stock. After two days of "awaiting shipment" status, I contact the company, via chat and received an return e-mail that the parts was backordered and would be shipped when received by them. I responded to the e-mail, requesting the order be canceled. I then chatted with a rep who informed me the order could not be canceled, due to the fact the order was in the "dispatch line" awaiting shipment. I cc'd him the e-mail I had just received showing the part was on backorder only two hours earlier. He once again stated the part was in the "dispatch line" and that it would still take at least one more day before it was shipped. This company is a joke.
