Beware of bait and switch.
Ordered a TV with 2-4 days shipping. Order did not ship in 1 week.
First call to them, and their response: "Do you want to upsell to a more expensive TV? No? OK. We ship soon"
4 days later.
Second call to them: "Sorry we are actually out of the cheaper TV. Are you sure you don't want a more expensive TV? No? Sorry nothing we can do".
The TV is still showing available on site.

Terrible service!
Terrible service!! I would never recommend them!! Do not buy from ebuyusa. They lied about when I'm getting the grill I ordered- came 3 weeks later. They lied about their white glove service delivery which I paid $150 for! They were supposed to deliver the grill to my deck. They told me the three steps were no problem. When delivery came the box clearly said you need three people to lift and there was one delivery guy. He left grill in my backyard and had to hire people to put on deck. Of course ebuyusa blames the delivery company and will only give me $50 credit - no thx!!

I ordered a LG Tv and paid in full 3 …
I ordered a LG Tv and paid in full 3 weeks ago. I called to check on order today only to be told that my order was not approved. What? I paid in full on line. Clearly they advertised a product that they did not have the ability to deliver. How do you spell TOTAL FRAUD?

I called several stores before placing my order with EBUYUSA. I was a little hesitant at first to buy a large screen OLED over the internet especially because the prices are 1000 lower than local. I received my TV 6 days after I placed my order. Everything looks good so far I will update my review later on

Be ready to negotiate with them
Be ready to negotiate with them, you probably will not get the extremely low, "too good to be true" price but you will save money over Best Buy. The set I bought was on sale at Best Buy for $3,300 plus tax and it would not be available for delivery for 4 days. I ended up with the TV I wanted for $2,450 plus tax with same day delivery. The driver also helped me lift the TV up onto my existing wall mount. I live in Brooklyn, NY the eBuyUSA warehouse is in Edison, NJ, if you live in another part of the country I imagine same day delivery is not available.
This is the honest account of my shopping experience with eBuyUSA.
1) Found LG OLED65C7P for $1,959 on eBuyUSA website through a Google Search
2) Read reviews of how eBuyUSA will rip me off
3) Placed order on website 7/4/17, figured if they rip me off my credit card's purchase protection will cover me. Added on the white glove delivery for $100
4) Called eBuyUSA on 7/5/17, spoke with someone that put me on hold for a few minutes after I asked to schedule my delivery, on hold for a few more minutes then he says it will be a few more minutes (tactic to wear me down before the negotiation possibly)
5) Then I speak with someone else who tells me "The TV I ordered is a commercial grade set and uses a cheaper panel sourced from another country than the true LG panel. The "Magnolia" set that is on the eBuyUSA website for $3,296 is better quality, it is the unit sold from premium retailers like Best Buy."
6) I ask about pricing for the "Magnolia" set and he gives me a decent price and says it can be delivered the same day.
7) I ask about the original "commercial grade" set that I ordered and when I could get that delivered. He says "that TV is not in stock and would need to be drop shipped"
8) We then negotiate the price of the "Magnolia" TV and we agree upon a price, $2,450 + tax with same day delivery.
9) Purchase is processed at 11:30am on 7/5/17, I received my new TV @ 3:30pm on 7/5/17
10) Delivery guy Ben was very friendly, TV was sealed in box, Ben assisted with the unboxing and we plugged in the TV to make sure it powered on and there were not any dead pixels or problems with the TV. Then he helped me lift the TV onto my existing wall mount
11) Registered my TV on the LG website with no issues
Yes, I did not get the dream price of $1,959 for the TV.
Yes, they probably never had a "commercial grade" version of the TV.
Yes, I was "up sold" to the "Magnolia" TV from the imaginary lower grade panel TV.
But, I still saved $850 compared to the next best price I found online of $3,300 from Best Buy and I got same day delivery and help with mounting the TV.

This company lies about the products …
This company lies about the products they are selling and make racist claims against certain ethnic groups to justify asking for more money. Classic bait-and-switch operation. They claimed LG makes two panels for their TVs (false) and that certain ethnic groups in Korea and Mexico are unable to make the "good" panel made in Japan or USA. So the price I paid was not honored and they refused to ship the TV (even when I said I would accept the lower quality panel). In addition, they are currently listing items (like a 2017 version of an LG TV) that doesn't exist (according to LG) in order to justify charging more for the "good" panel. Finally, once I refused to pay more and asked for the TV to be shipped, within an hour unauthorized transactions appeared on my credit card across the country.

FALSE ADVERTISING! You'll be a FOOL to believe you'll get your item at the advertised price - CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!
I read several online reviews about this company, but wasn't in a hurry to make a TV purchase. So - I called them, imagining the opportunity to purchase a $4,000 TV for just over $2,000 (Sony Model 75x940d). The sales person assured me that it was in-stock, and that yes - it was available for that price, just place my order online. So I did. FIVE DAYS later, I still hadn't even heard from them (e-mail or telephone). I called back, after which I was transferred to a "technical specialist" who plugged the classic BS about model differences and availability. "Apparently," they were out of stock on the model they listed on their website, the "UC1" version. They could sell me the UC2 ("higher pixel quality") for something like $3800. Surprise! These of course were COMPLETE LIES. Sony doesn't manufacture this TV (or any other) carrying the same model number with different qualities. I of course refused, and told them I wasn't surprised at their tactics. They cancelled the order. Complete BS.
So - just for fun, I called them back about 2 months later. After my previous episode, they bumped up their listed price on that TV from $1979 to $2699. After they attempted THE SAME sales tactics, I revealed to them they had cancelled my order for the "so called" UC1 model. They then proceeded to attempt to negotiate a lower price than was offered the previous time around. $3350 was as low as they would go. (This was funny, as after I called them out on it they completely dropped the discussion on model differences.) I told them Amazon had it for the same price... And then of course refused, as the entire phone call wasn't really intended to make the purchase, but just to verify HOW TERRIBLE THIS BUSINESS, and THESE PEOPLE ARE.
SCUM! I seriously hope NO-ONE out there is biting on this SCAM. Obviously, people are... otherwise they would be OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Sad. RUN AWAY. If you think you'll achieve different results, you’re a fool.
