bait and switch pricing. Once you decline to pay the additional 30% price for the "better" version. The fall off the map. The website is a false price to generate an upsell. The price you paid won't be charged, and the item will not be shipped.

Don't waste your time. It's scam site. 1. Your order products, probably unrealistic price 2. They never confirm your order, until you call them. 3. They will say, it's out of stock, but, ask you to upsell other models. 4. If, you refuse to accept their upsell offer. They will make you wait for endless time. Result, you will waste months of time, will find this is scam business. Stay away, ignore this site. I don't know how US authority let them do this kind of business. It's awful.

Not a integrity company - DONT SHOP at Ebuyusa “I ordered the Samsung Qled 65 TV $1126.02 on 01/21/2018 until know still pending delivery. I was email and no response. I called 3 time got hand up and 1 time push me on hold for 40 mins and tell me ordered is out of order, let me wait another 2 week may be available, but I checked they are website the product still available just the price changed to $1584. Ebuyusa not a integrity company.

Same as the previous people wrote Ebutusat have a bait-and-switchtactic. I ordered a 75 inch Sony TV and when called confirm they ask me what processor I wanted in it I was told in the beginning it was a USA TV in the USA model with the USA warranty that is not the case they wanted to ship me a European model and charge me almost full retail for the actual one that I wanted. I confirmed all the information with a Sony rep

It isn't a bait and switch.... They are just selling you a counterfeit TV, and then telling you its a different version or something... there is no Other versions....And then if they tell you about the official one for more money it's still just another counterfeit TV, YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET A REAL TV FROM THESE PEOPLE.... Attempted to purchase a 55 inch LG OLED TV on their awful website. The order just sat on their system for days in 'processing' status. I paid for expedited shipping too. This should have been a red flag that this guy wants the TV, and maybe we should **expedite**. No joy I asked them to either send me a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or cancel the order and notify me via email. They cancelled the order, but of course did not notify me. I had to check the website to find out. They also want you to rate their your experience when you lace the order which they then dishonestly represent as satisfied customers. Don't bother with this vendor. Red flags galore, which I should have heeded.
