Be ready to negotiate with them
Be ready to negotiate with them, you probably will not get the extremely low, "too good to be true" price but you will save money over Best Buy. The set I bought was on sale at Best Buy for $3,300 plus tax and it would not be available for delivery for 4 days. I ended up with the TV I wanted for $2,450 plus tax with same day delivery. The driver also helped me lift the TV up onto my existing wall mount. I live in Brooklyn, NY the eBuyUSA warehouse is in Edison, NJ, if you live in another part of the country I imagine same day delivery is not available. This is the honest account of my shopping experience with eBuyUSA. 1) Found LG OLED65C7P for $1,959 on eBuyUSA website through a Google Search 2) Read reviews of how eBuyUSA will rip me off 3) Placed order on website 7/4/17, figured if they rip me off my credit card's purchase protection will cover me. Added on the white glove delivery for $100 4) Called eBuyUSA on 7/5/17, spoke with someone that put me on hold for a few minutes after I asked to schedule my delivery, on hold for a few more minutes then he says it will be a few more minutes (tactic to wear me down before the negotiation possibly) 5) Then I speak with someone else who tells me "The TV I ordered is a commercial grade set and uses a cheaper panel sourced from another country than the true LG panel. The "Magnolia" set that is on the eBuyUSA website for $3,296 is better quality, it is the unit sold from premium retailers like Best Buy." 6) I ask about pricing for the "Magnolia" set and he gives me a decent price and says it can be delivered the same day. 7) I ask about the original "commercial grade" set that I ordered and when I could get that delivered. He says "that TV is not in stock and would need to be drop shipped" 8) We then negotiate the price of the "Magnolia" TV and we agree upon a price, $2,450 + tax with same day delivery. 9) Purchase is processed at 11:30am on 7/5/17, I received my new TV @ 3:30pm on 7/5/17 10) Delivery guy Ben was very friendly, TV was sealed in box, Ben assisted with the unboxing and we plugged in the TV to make sure it powered on and there were not any dead pixels or problems with the TV. Then he helped me lift the TV onto my existing wall mount 11) Registered my TV on the LG website with no issues Yes, I did not get the dream price of $1,959 for the TV. Yes, they probably never had a "commercial grade" version of the TV. Yes, I was "up sold" to the "Magnolia" TV from the imaginary lower grade panel TV. But, I still saved $850 compared to the next best price I found online of $3,300 from Best Buy and I got same day delivery and help with mounting the TV.
