Ordered curtains for my sons room, delivery and product were good but came in the incorrect size (not as stated as size split across 2 curtains and not to size) I emailed asking for help and no response in a week. Poor explanation of product and very poor customer service. The bedding seems very good as did the quality of the curtains but everything else about the transaction was poor.

Product came quick and was perfect. Very happy it is well made I will order again.

Great quality material I just messed up on the size. But my kid loves his curtains.

The quality of this product is great I recommend going one size bigger or it will not fit your window. Only complaint you can not reach any customer service if you need them at all.

It took 2 weeks for me to get my order and when it arrived and I HATED it, they wouldn't take it back unless I paid for shipping to CHINA. OMG. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!! So I got the reply below from someone saying how sorry they were about my experience and to contact customer service. So I did. Twice. No one ever responded to me. If I could change my 1 star to 0 stars, I would.
