I have not received the KC blanket that I ordered for my grandson. I received a message saying that it was delivered 🤔

It had 2 spots in the blanket very noticeable. Wasn't worth what I paid for it either.

The item was great. However, the delivery service you use was terrible. The guy sideswiped our out of town families rental car damaging it badly and fled the scene. We had to call the police and deal with a big mess because of it. They found him and turns out he had no insurance. Delivery service is SpeedX I believe. You should vet your delivery companies better.

My order was shipped on 8-6-2026, still waiting!!!

I will never buy from here again .The description was deceiving I ordered a shower curtain SET that’s what the description said .sll I got was A shower curtain that costed me 35 dollars

Poor quality wrong description on items so basically having people buy things thinking they’re getting one thing and getting a completely different. I will not recommend anyone order through this website.

I never received my package

The item was made on panel you can't even see one of the letters so instead of reading Charlotte reads charhotte the L was folded to the back of the panel and stitched in so you can't see it. I contacted them many times to get a replacement and they kept giving me the same response claiming that's how the curtains are made and if I want they can make a single panel which is not what I want it was advertised as Charlotte hornets not charhotte to this day no resolution
