I received a call from this company, and an employee suddenly told me that I would have to pay an extra $156 to buy an air ticket. So when I said I wouldn't buy it, he said it was impossible to cancel. After 20 minutes of arguing, I had no choice but to pay more, and I felt so bad. I will never buy from this company again in the future. Do NOT buy any air tickets from this company!!

why no minus star in the rank? EBookTrip agents are very dishonesty and purposely allures me into much high airfare. 11 days ago, I booked basic economic ticket through EBooktrip at the price of $883.35. Next day early morning, they sent me an urgent email saying the basic economic ticket was no more available. Only available was standard economic at $1089.20. I asked them twice if they are really sure about it. They said "yes, we are pretty sure". Then, I went ahead to book the ticket. Next day, I found out the ticket is still basic not standard economic and I cannot pick up the seat. At the same time, I also found there are still plenty of the basic economic tickets available. Other travel agent fare is still only around $899, while airline company price is only $995. This is very first time I have had such unethical travel agent. People really need to avoid using their service.

Absolutely Terrible False Advertising The morons that run this company are scammers. They advertise on google flights for much much cheaper options then after you have already put in your credit card they call you and up the price back to normal price as advertised by the airline. In my case they didn't pay the amount that delta airline was offering and rather went through aeromexico to overcharge me. Terrible experience, stay away. These are scammers.

Total Scam. Absolutely worst experience ever. They put a low price on google flight and then call you saying price has increased and charge higher.

Plese stay away. This has be some kind of a scam .. Even if its not , its not worth the pain of saving a 100 bucks. I waited for hours for a ticket confirmation but never heard back. they chrge you a cancellation fee of 50$ and i believe thats their business model.

I got a quote for a ticket it gave a price of 1430$ from three different companies , so I decided to book through ebooktrip and they send confirmation email, then next day I got an email to contact them urgently to tell me that my booking didnt go through because the prices went up to 1700$ which I refused to take that price and went back and reserved my ticket through different company for the 1430$ price, they show you a good price to hook you up and next day try to take advantage and give you a higher price . Don't trust them they waste your time and try to rub you!!!

Please Please stay away from these scammers, I just had my worst experience ever, this is a scam agency, they are liars and they would come up with any excuse to take your money for no survice... in my case, they refused to correct information on the booking unless I pay more than $400, even though the correction was requested 5 minutes after submitted the flight fare and was not even confirmed. I ended up cancelling my flight but had to pay $200 for cancelation, and that was just few minutes after booking on their website, all other well respected agencies give 24 hours free cancellation

I was charged $880 for a seat that supposedly Wasn’t available which was a lie!
