Absolutely terrible Indian company ( or wherever its from ). Changed my flight and increased the price. They don’t take any responsibility

Stay away from this company. They put a low price on Google Flights. When they call To confirm the ticket the price has gone up hundreds of dollars. When you tell them to cancel they tell you there are taxes that you have to pay. You’ve been warned!

Awful. Should have read the reviews. They raised the price as soon as I booked with them. I had to call multiple times for them to send me the confirmation flight. Then when trying to cancel, they claim there is a cancellation fee with the airline (there isn't cause I just spoke with them). Scammy company. Stay away! edit: they tried flagging my review as "fraud". How unfortunate for them that I still have receipts to disprove their fraud claims. Further confirmation to stay away from this nasty business.

Stay away from them. Its a scam. I should have read the reviews before making any reservation. They show you lower price from the airlines and once you make the reservation they find some excuse to increase the fair. I ended up paying $100 extra even after they are saying airline increased the fair. The good reviews you see I thing are paid reviewes.

I found ebooktrip.com through an app I trust. They were advertising $50 cheaper than other flight tickets. When I went to book, it asked me to upgrade the service they offer for $25 or $50 and additional an almost $15 fee to watch for a lower price for me. I declined all the upgrades and put in all my information. The system said my ticket was booked and I would receive it by email. However, the email I received said they were working on it and my credit card did not notify me of the charge as it normally does. I waited about an hour then went back and read the email in more detail. The fine print says the price isn't guaranteed until the ticket is issued. Uh Oh! Now I'm worried. Sure enough, about an hour after they close, I get an email telling me to call them. I call them after they open the next day, wait 20 minutes on hold and I'm told my ticket is no longer available at that price - it is DOUBLE the price I booked for. I said I wasn't interested and hung up. Back to searching...prices have gone up about $20. I'm not happy. So I move the day I want to travel. Go through the process - via a different app this time - and buy a different day's ticket. Which routes me back to these people. CRAP. So I get the initial email and immediately call them...wait on hold...when I finally get an agent, he pulls up the booking and says we are cancelling this booking because it is a duplicate and you know we can't give you that ticket at that price. I explained to him it is not a duplicate booking - it is for a different day. He argues with me and I point out this is fraud. He says no it isn't. It's just no longer available and we will change our site in a few minutes to reflect that. It is a scam! They are trying to rope you in and force you to pay more than they advertise. Meanwhile, they get your name, address, and credit card information to sell to anyone they want and you can't do anything about it but cancel your cards and hope no one uses your address for something bad. Stay away!

They faked a spelling mistake in my name. Unlike other third party booking sites they receive your info and only submit your itinerary to you several hours to up to several days later. Upon closer inspection my name was mysteriously spelled wrong. When i contacted them they acted like it was the airline who would not fix it. First they asked for 175usd to fix it, later they responded saying the airline wouldn't fix the single letter in question nor would they refund, but if i chose to purchase another ticket through them they "may be willing" to offer some kind of discount. The letter in question was an M which should have been an N. In this way they get you to spend money with them at their low rates, locking you in as a customer, and then they extort more money from you. I was able to get on my flights with a mispelled name no problem, as it turned out ebook trip had never contacted the airline about a mispelled name at all because they were so certain I would pay. Pretty shady, steer clear.

This website is a total scam, please don't use it. This happens twice for me, they will show you low prices compared to any other websites, after I got a booking confirmation, I ha e received another email saying that Urgent action required and they have a phone number to call them. I been told my credit card payment did not go through which was a lie this is always been automatically validated others I would have gotten card errors message, anyway I was told my card expiration date was wrong and I told the correct one and the person who's processing the payment told me oh the ticket price went up by $100 should I bill it or not. I said no so they will try to get you into booking their website with low price and then they will ask you add more money if you say no you are not going to get the low price they showed you at the beginning. This happens twice to me this week, please don't trust them and don't waste your time with #ebooktrip.com.
