9/14/23 NO REFUND YET.....In spite of response that tickets were refunded - I have not received any email notification to confirm. In addition, the credit card has NOT been refunded as of today. Agent misrepresented availability and ticket price. I was told these were the last two seats on the plane inducing me to authorize higher charges. When I never received my tickets I booked through airline at original low price and saw an abundance of available seats on that flight. They have agreed to refund ticket price but not tax and fees. Tell me it will take 15 days. Wait times are typically 35-40 minutes or more to speak to anyone. Just book through the airlines. Fast and easy. These people are not to be trusted.

BOOKED A TRIP AND DIDN'T EVEN CALL TO SAY THEY CANCELLED IT BECAUSE OF AN ERROR ON ZIP CODE. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS SINCE OUR CREDIT CARD FILLS IN INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY! IT WAS A VERY GOOD DEAL ON A TRIP, SO THEY CANCELLED IT WITH SOMETHING WE CAN'T VERIFY! NEVER AGAIN WILL I FALL FOR THIS SHAME, SCAMMERS!

Travodeals and ebooktrip.com are both full of 5 star fake reviews, looks like they are paid reviews by the company. This is a bait and switch scam company and they are currently running a new business called "travodeals" which uses exact same format in their emails and their Indian scammers especially one name "Kevin Root 4007" full of thick Indian accents, telling me that my ticket somehow doesn't have any carry on or checkin bags which according to Kevin I'll have to pay extra for. But I know this isn't true cause on the airline's website (Csair) all of their ticket tiers includes 2 baggage and a check in, the price was only $40 different so I told those Indian scammers to F off and went to book flight directly from the airline instead. Indian scammers, buyers beware do not buy from them, they will tell you to pay more with all sort of reasons.

Worst travel company ever. Avoid at all costs. Rude, inefficient, bad costumer service. They charge you for things that they don’t provide. They are one hair away from being a total scam.

They are scammers, I booked a ticket and after 24 hours (which is the time for free cancellation) they send an email that ticket is on hold, then when you call them they make you wait till last minute to charge extra $300 to confirm the tickets. Only option for me was to report to my credit card company, cancel the credit card and book through another travel agent.

Pretended to have the lowest fare for the flights I needed. Called the next day claiming to need additional $300 and blamed the airline. Shady business. Stay away.

Beware! This company uses deceitful business practices. They advertise a lower price and then contact you saying your credit card was not authenticated. When you call it was not a problem with the credit card at all it's the company trying to sell you a ticket for a significantly higher price. Poor business practices.

Scam website. As many have mentioned before, they will call you after purchase requesting that you "send additional documents" in order to confirm the booking. They will then increase the price and blame the airline on the price increase. They will also add a fee for their "customer service" which no other website or airline does for simply RECEIVING a call. If you attempt to get a refund, they will charge you between $20-400 USD. Furthermore, simply contacting them is almost impossible. They will delay their reply in order to be able to charge you more if you decide to cancel or change your trip. My recommendation, go to their website and read the fineprint in their refund/additional fees document. They attempted to charge me more for a refund than what was stated in their terms of service, $50 USD more to be exact.
