Tried to get flight info regarding my meal service, was told that my info is incorrect even though I have all the receipts email. Seems like the person didn’t wanted to help so I wasn’t given any other option. They hung up on me 2x I called 18 times back, on 18th time I was given the right info. I’ll show you call history. They need better training how to guide customers properly. Avoid booking with this agency at all cost. They are clueless about your info, they would say that your flight is confirmed but it would be cancelled when you show up at the airport. Or straight up give you wrong information especially at the time of need. They created unnecessary stress.

Absolute trash fraud company. Lists one price on Google flights and then charges a completely different amount from your card without regard for your consent. When I tried to cancel they LIED saying it'd take $200 per person to cancel when on their site policy it says if the flight price changes, cancellation is free. They didn't even have the courtesy to notify me of price changes like they did other negative reviewers here, they just charged as they pleased. When I noticed the price in the email receipt was different from what I saw at checkout and called, I deferred saying I'd call them back to decide if I wanted the flight, they charged the price they wanted to my card anyway. Book with a credit card so you can more easily dispute with these jokers. Positive reviews are fake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolute trash vendors.

9/17/2023: I finished booking my international flight and no later after that I received a voice message at 10:43 am PST from Andrew/ebooktrip customer service at 800-950-4401. At 11:22 am, I called ebooktrip at 800-404-0025 and briefly spoke to Mitche (?). At 11:25 am, she transferred my call to online customer service. At 11:35 am (10 minutes later - this is a long hold), Andrew picked up my call. He explained to me that my flight from Lax (Los Angeles) to Cebu, Lapu-Lapu City/Philippines on Premium Economy for 2 adults will now cost from $3,295.38 to $3,792.80! Is someone at ebooktrip trippin' on me? I even asked Andrew, "Being a reasonable person and human being, would you be willing to pay $497.42 more?" Obviously, his answer is, "No." Then he put me on hold for 2 minutes saying that ebooktrip is willing to take a loss of over $125.00+ per his supervisor. But, I still have to pay for the difference. A sane person will not fall for this. I would have been better off booking directly to an airline rather than 3rd party booking agency like ebooktrip to minimize aggravation/hassles. ebooktrip do not honor the price listed. I told Andrew to just cancel my reservation. I will file a complaint to Better Business Bureau! What a horrible company/agency and customer service! For those of you who have positive experiences, thank your lucky stars. Sadly, there is no zero star to rate. Update: 10/05/2023 @ 4:03 am PST I received an e-mail from Trustpilot stating, "ebooktrip would love to understand your experience better, so they've asked for more details about your review--like an order number or e-mail. If we don't hear from you within 3 days, your review may be taken offline." Well, this is sarcastically comforting e-mail. There is nothing for ebooktrip would love to understand my horrible experience. I have stated my experience clearly through this review. Out of courtesy, I provided Trustpilot my booking reference number. And to be clear here, I am not in a habit to give bad reviews to spite someone or a company as in this case. The trust is gone!

booking was delayed a day and I got charged an extra $138. not fair, because I made the booking at a lower rate, and not my fault it was delayed.

Don't believe the fake reviews. This website is a scam like some of the other people are saying. Every single booking is a bait and switch situation. Nothing they advertise is the price they can actually offer. It's the same routine: they will call and say the airline increased the price

Made a reservation for a flight for a price of $720. The next day get an email that there was an issue with my credit card to give them a call. When I called them, they said that because of the credit card declined the prices went up and it’s gonna be $867 now when I told them no thank you he goes well I can get it down to $795. False advertising on the pricing.

Scam! Charged me $160 more than the price I booked after claiming there was a problem with my credit card authorization - zip code. This is exactly the same scam revealed by other posters here - so it appears the scam is a well orchestrated illegal business practice that is used routinely to increase the company's profits. I reported this incident to BBB Florida and urge others to do same. They need to be audited and fined for such tactics.

I booked the ticket on 09/01/2023 for IAD to BLR over goolgle flights . SInce its ggod fare, i booked it. provided my credit card details. Got a retunr email saying my E-ticket will be received very shortly. waited for my monring, since did not recevi E0tciket called the custoemr care, they did ont had any clear answer, after a while then sent a email saying that hold onticket due credit card info can nt be verified, then again, I called the support, they kicked out my call. Again, after an hours' time called them, waited for 45 min, hold queue, front desk guys look like, he pulled out my info and told online team will be calling me back in next 30 min. I did not get any calls even after 3 hours' time. Looks like it's scam. Then went & booked with other vendor!
