The last CS who confirmed that cancellation and refund due to death was decent. But the entire CS experience has been horrible as multiple doctors’s note on passenger’s deteriorating health has been ignored and stonewalled. The entire booking expletive has been absolutely unsatisfactory

It took over thirty minutes to book this flight and then my ticket could not be upgraded. I’m still not sure what the additional charge for so called customer care was really for.

So, initially, it seemed like they were taking too long to issue the ticket (an international trip). It took 3 horus, but they did send it. Edit: I hadn't noticed when I booked, but the actual flight was s a monstrous 55 hour flight one way and 44 hours the other way with all sorts of crazy layovers. I strongly suggest not using this site if you are in an emergency. Ebooktrip got in touch and asked for a reference number: it is 2mq5xv ( the airline booking number)
