I'm making my decision not to go ahead with eBook Trip because of alot of negative reviews, Even though I wanted to book my trip with you, your website has been buffering for more than 5 minutes and unable to take me to the payment page. For me that was a red flag as I don't want your team to tell me that my payment did not go through and the fare has increased. I have gone to book my trip with a different website even though I'm going to pay a little bit more

I scheduled a flight for me and my mom. After scheduling our flight, I received an email that said my flight was on hold because the name on my card could not be authenticated, or the bank did not approve the funds to be released. That information was incorrect. After notifying the airline I was told the price of my tickets had increased because of being put on hold. I was truly sadden and disappointed after finding out my bank was not the problem , but the airline failed to request the transaction. I really feel my tickets should be upgraded by the airline. First impressions are very important.

Good prices/Poor Customer Service Liked: Low prices Disliked: -delay in receiving tickets - Customer service was unclear in giving me information about my booking when I finally got through - Waited on hold for a long time, over 20 minutes and nobody actually came to the phone, nor was there a message saying how long the wait was. - Couldn't figure out how to reserve seats on international flight once I purchased - Not very responsive customer service via email
