This’s a scammed. I booked ticket for August, 2 months in advance, I got a booking ref number EB2801x and when I call just to make sure, they said if the airline charges more than I have to pay more, the price is never confirmed and that’s not their fault, that’s airline fault …I just canceled it while it’s within the cancellation window.

This was an AWFUL experience. I tried to book tickets from Boston to Lucknow through these people. This trip consisted of three separate flights. They confirmed that all three of my flights were booked. When I reached Delhi, I found out that my flight to Lucknow was never booked! I was stranded at the airport in a country I don't know, and I had to buy another ticket. On top of this, they said that they can't refund me since the ticket was not booked!!!! Completely unacceptable! Zero professionalism, terrible service. DO NOT USE THEM

Scammers: They displayed wrong pricing as others are saying. And then booked flights for WRONG DATES!! Now they’re saying flights you wanted are unavailable. Trying to get my money back now. What a complete pain :/ Thankfully I noticed date mismatch when I tried to add the ticket through the PNR number to Qatar app otherwise I would have not known till the day I travelled!

Do not book with this company. They are scammers. They'll advertise a price for a flight at a lower price than other agencies and the airline. As others have noted, they will call after you book the flight, in my case, they had informed me that the price has changed, to a significantly higher amount. If you try to cancel, they will charge a $50 service fee. Yet, when I canceled, I receive no notification of my cancellation. I am trying to dispute the transaction with my credit card now. Scammers.

Unfortunately I have had multiple poor experiences with booking through this app. I have had sever bookings cancelled for no apparent reason and my most recent experience they got the zip code incorrect and wouldn’t process my bookings and the price went up significantly. When I checked the booking prices they had gone back down and they refuse to honor the adjustment without paying a penalty of $200 per passenger. I tried giving this booking site multiple chances but I will not be using it again and I will make sure to pass on the word of mouth about my poor experiences.

When i bought my ticket the price was $257…..the next day i get an email to call n they said the price went up to $301….thats nonsense!!! My price should have been locked in at the time of purchase…i will not use your site again and will def tell people i know what a scam your site is.

Customer service agents do not know what they are doing. They will tell you your card declined and to rebook it and when they rebook the flight there will be a price increase. It’s a scam

I booked a business-class flight earlier today for my aunt using my credit card. Then, got an email saying that my booking is on hold since I used my credit card to book it but the passenger is my aunt. I called back and the price had gone up by ~$250.
