I purchased the Travel Assist option and was still charged $200 to cancel a flight due to unforeseen circumstances. Do not recommend. Better to book directly with the airline.

horrible! booked my flight and canceled my flight without my consent and without me being aware. blames it all on the airlines. AVOID THIS AGENCY!! they ignored my calls and hung up on my face after a 3 hr wait they never had proof of the airlines canceling my flight. didn't even give me a refund! I had to pay double to get back home! trust me avoid! they did the same thing to my sister in law we both were stuck paying double due to them doing fraud. I can vouch this review and I'm sure others can also.

This site is scam. It gives you the lower price but it will send you an email about credit card problem after you enter all the information, including the credit card info. When you call them, they will say there is no seat available for the price, but there are seats for higher price. So don't even try. I am worry about all the information that I entered into their site.

Will not give a refund

There was an extra $45 required to pay after I paid for my flight. I got a phone call at 5am to tell me. How rude and misleading. I couldn’t ask for a refund because then I would have to pay $150. I was forced to pay the extra $45. I would have never went this this booking if I new this.

I booked a flight with them because it was about $50 cheaper than any other site, including the airlines official site. I got an email saying they couldn't charge my card and that the tickets were on hold. After being on the phone on hold for ever, they tried to charge me $100 more than the quoted price, and then tried charging me $50 for no longer wanting the tickets. This company will try to cheat you and do not care about providing a valuable service.

Just like everyone else writing a was quoted one price and later called with a price increase. Then they never booked my return flight and left me stranded on the other side of the country. I had to buy last minute expensive tickets to get home. No refund for the tickets they didn't book and absolutely no communication.

Avoid them at all cost. I booked four flights with them and they gave me a booking reference number and assured me my tickets were on their way. We made reservations and my daughter booked with the Copa Airlines on the same flight. We then secured a hotel. Two days later eBookTrip sent an email canceling our booking. They didn't even return my call! If there's a price hike in tickets between when you book and when they buy your tickets they will not honor their quote. They are not reputable.
