I had written a review a few hours ago about not having received the book. I contacted them through the "contact us" on the website and their support email address. I just received an email with a link to the pdf. Since they delivered, I am changing my review to 5 stars.

Purchased a book for 9.99. Never rec'd it. No matter how many times I tried to contact, no response. They suck. Nobody should buy anything from them ever.

They are legit, took a couple days to receive the PDFs. But, it also says that on the site. Make sure to keep track of your junk folder. That's where I found my order.

ATTENTION! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not bother with this company. I never received the download link. Emailed them 3 times in the past 36 hours, nothing. Checked my junk folder, nothing. There are plenty of other companies to download from. Don't use this one. I lost my money. You will too.

Purchased a book a week ago. It didn't download but they sure have the payment from my debit card. I've tried twice to call them (no answer) and have written two emails to them about this. You would think they would contact me and either help me download the book, or refund my $13.00. At this point in the game, I'll keep trying to get in contact with someone.... but seriously, I would never use this company. In short it seems to be a scam or a rip-off.

Ordered a ebook "The Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine Third Edition" online. Paid by card. Email confirmation and download both went to junk folder. Contacted ebookduck.com twice on email. No repsonse. Found the book and the link from junk folder and downloaded. Good price. Slow on customer service.
