THIS COMPANY IS SCAM! I PLACED AN ORDER AND PURCHASED AN EBOOK FOR DOWNLOAD 3 DAYS AGO. I HAVEN'T YET RECEIVED NEITHER THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD THE PDF NOR REIMBURSEMENT / REPLIES TO MY MAILS SENT TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am the author of several of the books they are illegally selling. I am in the process of taking legal action against them. Do not purchase anything from this business, as they are violating all kinds of copyright laws!

Pleasantly surprised that this worked! I got a textbook for a great price and had no issues downloading.

Ordered and paid for a book 2 days ago. No book and no response to the emails I've sent or contact us page. I will be calling my bank to dispuse the charges. This is a scam. Dont give them your money.

I purchased an e-book from them but after I noticed the money withdrawal was immediate but no link was sent I started to wonder if this site was a scam. I decided to wait about 24 hours and still after no link, I contacted them through the website. I said I would dispute the charge if the e-book wasn't sent to me soon and sure enough in a few hours they said my order was complete and sent me a link which works fine. I had read the reviews and started to wonder if I wasn't scammed, thankfully I wasn't and this site came through, although not in the most ideal way. My one experience has overall been good though since I got the e-book at a wicked good price.

I also bought an ebook from this website, but I didn't receive any download links. I received an order email, is it useful? Haha... Definitely, they've stolen my $15.95. I tried to call them, but they didn't respond to me. In this case, please everybody, who has the same situation with me, connect your bank service phone number to tell them that you have purchased the books but you didn't receive the link to download. The banker will help you to cancel this payment also refund this money to you!

Ebookduck failed to deliver the correct download to match my order. I have not been offered a voice to my complaint. They have stolen $19.90 of my money.
