They didn't send me the link for the book after 3 days I placed my order. I thought this company was a scam so I emailed them several times and finally I receive my refund.

Good experience in my case. Book downloaded after two mail exchanges with e-book duck support. Good communication. PDF of very good quality. Hope everything is made legally. I also purchased the paper version and wanted it on my computer to have images. But : - impossible to create an account - no mail confirmation to visa card purchase - no secure visa pavement site. So be aware of that.

I purchased an e-book from them but after I noticed the money withdrawal was immediate but no link was sent I started to wonder if this site was a scam. I decided to wait about 24 hours and still after no link, I contacted them through the website. I said I would dispute the charge if the e-book wasn't sent to me soon and sure enough in a few hours they said my order was complete and sent me a link which works fine. I had read the reviews and started to wonder if I wasn't scammed, thankfully I wasn't and this site came through, although not in the most ideal way. My one experience has overall been good though since I got the e-book at a wicked good price.

Ordered a ebook "The Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine Third Edition" online. Paid by card. Email confirmation and download both went to junk folder. Contacted ebookduck.com twice on email. No repsonse. Found the book and the link from junk folder and downloaded. Good price. Slow on customer service.
