This was the WORST buying/return experience I’ve ever had! The comforter set I ordered was not as pictured and I began the return process the next day. They received it four days later and It took six weeks to get my refund! They advertise they do quick returns and that is not true. They also do not cover return shipping fees which can be in access of $50.00. PLEASE READ THE RETURN SHIPPING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I tried calling eBedding4you to speak to someone in customer service, and it’s an unmanned phone. No REAL person ever answers. When I emailed them, they repeatedly told me they were, “still reviewing,” my return. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this company EVER again! Horrible, customer service and horrible return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY or be 100% sure you love it, otherwise, you’ll be sorry.

We spent $1,100 on six ow back dining chairs that were advertised as hardwood chairs. When they came they clearly were NOT hardwood but a composite resin designed to look like hardwood. We immediately started the return process and have to ship three large boxes back to them at a cost of nearly $300, at our expense. So that means that we just blew $300 because of false advertising on their end. Very disappointed in the product and that I have to pay for return shipping. I won’t purchase anything from them again and suggest that you learn from our mistake and should you purchase, confirm what you’re buying vs what you’re receiving.

Ordered November 3rd. It is now November 14th. And I haven’t received not one notification of my order being shipped. Received one email saying I should know something by November 4-8th about shipping. I have contacted ebedding through their contact form twice and still no response. However they accepted my money 😡😡. Not a happy customer Update nov 20. After hearing from ebedding that the manufacturer was to blame for delay and it was resolved it has been 6 more days and still no notification of it being shipped. Not only will I be contacting PayPal to get my money back I will NEVER recommend or order from this site again.

BEST price for this set I could find. Set is beautiful. Wrinkled when out of the bag *cotton* But I have a steamer and wrinkles came right out. This is actually warm. The opposite side of the pin tucked side is of course our friends...Polly and Esther...which was a surprise to me; however with sheets you dont even feel the difference. YES pretty warm ... I live in New England and no way would I use this in the 98 degree humid summer weather so I can definitely say NOT all season. I love it. My husband likes it too.
