Purchase was fine however, I ordered one to many. Tried to call the number on website to stop one from shipping but it asked for all correspondence be done by email. Tried that, but no response. Now I’m not sure how to return 2nd item. I will try to contact again next week. Thank you. Tony G.

I ordered this duvet and it’s really beautiful. Material is soft and not scratchy at all.. It came fast and I was able to track it.. I read some bad reviews but decided to purchase anyways and was happy I did.. Will definitely purchase again from this company

Quality of bedding set is not what I expected. Comforter half as thick as I wanted. It was for my daughters quest room and she said it is okay for that room. Madison is normally a higher quality. Maybe you can pass this on to the manufacturer that makes them.

We ordered a beautiful comforter, but we ordered the wrong size. Placed a second order for the correct size, but we weren't allowed to cancel the incorrect order. Trying to return through E-bedding has been challenging to say the least. Great service unless you need assistance.
