I do not often write reviews, but when a product exceeds expectations I think it is important to share with others. I have bought many different brand mattress warmers over the years after following reviews and have to say this one bar far is the best one I have had. Warms up quickly with many settings and it is incredibly plush so that I do not feel the wires at all (did with all the previous ones.) The only recommendation I would have would be to make the control cords a little longer as it comes just a little short back up to the top of the bed. I highly recommend this mattress warmer!

The bedding was delivered promptly & was good quality. Unfortunately, because of the size of my mattresses, the comforter was too small.

The first two nights we were very happy with this comfortable, soft and warm electric mattress pad; it seemed perfect. The third night, not so much. The left side stopped working in the middle of the night, in spite of all our efforts to reboot it. Too bad, but it has to go back. A major disappointment.

Sorry but I tried to call you and emailed you twice with no response. Item looks right color on add. Just need info to return for refund. Why don't you answer your phone?
