I would give them and an 11 score! I ordered the relaxed straight hair/thin weft and 2 wks had gone by without any delivery status. And I needed my hair order for a show. I reached out by chat and they made it happen, all the way from China!! Excellent customer service, you actually get a human. FedEx delivered just in time. The hair was a good quality. I colored it and the process was about 7 minutes to get a beautiful 4/30. You know the hair is good when the color process is quick. I had the hair weaved in and with the thin weft it laid flat and blended so well into my hair. Needless to say my hair looks AMAZING! I highly recommend them and for their crochet hair too!

quality and condition of hair product was excellent. due to an error on my part, i ordered the wrong type of hair but the seller was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue and exchanged for the correct one. would order from this company again.
