I love this hair
I love this hair , however, I didn’t like the process of getting the hair straightened out from the packaging. I had to untangle it before I could actually install it which made my install much longer.

My go to!
I was so happy when I saw the mermaid crochet braids. I bought them in the 14 and 18 length because I like layers. The boho human hair is soft. To refresh a little Narobi and leave in conditioner. On the 18 inch you get three loose strands and on the 14 you get two. The 18 in are a much larger braid and would take less for a full head. The reason for 4 stars is because the quality of the braid could be better. There is fraying on a lot of the braids. I’m OCD so I cut them off so the braids looked cleaner. I would buy from them again. I hope they come out with more crochet braid styles- French curls and bora bora should be next on the list.

My new favorite hair!
The hair bundles are excellent quality – soft, shiny, and beautiful. My hairstyle looks amazing! I’ll see how they hold up over time, but for now, I’m really happy. I highly recommend and would order again with my eyes closed!

I had some issues with the shipping
I had some issues with the shipping. The hair I originally ordered was not in stock. I reached out to customer service and we agree on a type that was in stock. I got the hair on time and so far so good with minimal shedding. My only issue was the constant back and forth just to get shipped on time. Wish they would tell you upfront if they don’t have something in stock. Other than that love the crotchet hair.

There was not enough hair in the bag to complete a hairstyle.

On our website, we note that two packs are typically enough to complete a full head, but for a fuller, more voluminous look, we usually recommend 2.5 to 3 packs, which works well for most people. If your head size is slightly larger or if you prefer an extra-full style, we’d suggest adding about half to one additional pack to achieve your desired look. I thought it was a SCAM
I was afraid this company was going to scam me out of my money however, once I reached out about my packaging, it was expressed mailed to me. They were very proactive with their customer service. The hair is soft. It has no smell true to length it is human. I can’t wait for my new look. I appreciate the follow up.
