Thank you for sharing your feedback.Regarding the shedding you noticed during the first shampoo, a small amount of initial shedding is normal with 100% human hair, as loose strands from processing and transit are released. This should significantly reduce after the first few washes.To minimize shedding, we recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo, gently detangling from ends to roots before washing, and avoiding excessive rubbing.
