Hi love, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — and we completely understand how disappointing it must feel after loving your first order. 💔 Our hair is 100% human hair, but because each batch comes from different donors, there can sometimes be slight texture or density variations. That said, what you described sounds like it didn’t meet our usual standards at all. We’ve reviewed your order details and appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve our quality checks. While we understand the $15 refund felt insufficient, our team offered it as an initial gesture while awaiting further review. We’d still love to make this right for you. Could you please send a few photos or a short clip showing the shedding or tangling issue? We’ll re-escalate it to our quality control team for a proper resolution. We value your trust and would love the chance to restore your confidence in Eayon Hair. 💕

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you loved the curls and look of the hair when it first arrived. Regarding the bleaching and dyeing — you are absolutely right that the process can change the curl pattern. Because the hair has already been steamed into curls, chemical processing such as bleaching or double-processing will often loosen or relax the curl, especially with tighter textures. This is a common outcome for curly human hair once it undergoes strong chemical treatments. To help bring back definition, we recommend: Deep conditioning regularly to restore softness and moisture. Using a curl-enhancing mousse or setting foam to revive curl shape. Installing perm rods or flexi rods on damp hair and letting it air dry to reset curls. For future color projects, straighter or looser wave textures usually hold up better to bleaching and coloring without as much change to the curl pattern. We sincerely apologize that this hair didn’t meet your expectations after coloring. If you’d like, our team can help suggest a texture better suited for dyeing or provide you with a special discount on your

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the Eayon Lightweight Deep Wave Crochet Hair did not meet your expectations regarding the string length and curl pattern. We understand your concern. The braiding string is designed longer to accommodate various head sizes and installation preferences (like braiding or using a drawstring cap), allowing for customization. However, we regret that this caused inconvenience. Regarding the curl, the "Deep Wave" pattern is a tight, defined curl. Please contact us at service [email protected] with your order number, and our team will gladly assist you.
